Meaghan O’Connor-Vince is the Co-Director of Bands at Barnstable High School, where she also directs the Music Production program she created. A prominent leader in the Massachusetts music community, she has held key roles within CCMEA and SEMMEA and currently adjudicates composition contests for the MA All-State Festival. Her expertise in hip-hop and tech pedagogy is frequently featured in the Massachusetts Music Educators Journal, where she serves on the Technology Editorial Board. A sought-after presenter, Meaghan speaks at national conferences such as TI:ME and APME. As a MusicFirst Ambassador and Advisory Panel member, she contributes curriculum and feedback to the international platform. Meaghan holds an M.A. from Columbia University and a B.M. from the University of Rhode Island. In her free time, she enjoys family, live music, and New England sports.
